Keeping light and dark as the two main protagonists of the collection,Kunihiko Morinagathe, the creative director of the Japanese label Anrealage played with optical illusions, extravagant cuts, sculptural silhouette, heavy shapes all combined with an unconventional fabric story fuelled by experimental streak.
The models emerged in an array of knitted and weaved, all black and occasional gray ensembles with a circular white torso made of extra special fabrics. With a spotlight like light projection in front of the garments, the beauty of the printed textures could be seen only under ultraviolet lights, which brought in an element of drama and awe-inspiring innovation on the runway. |
