Named ‘Istanblu’, the collection was inspired by the splendour and colours of Turkey. The Blue Mosque, the hues of the Bosporus strait, the motifs of the harems and the intricate workmanship of the Topkapi palace, formed the backdrop of the collection.

Womenswear comprised of various layered looks, including boleros, kurtas, long jackets, cropped tops, lehengas and saris, while for men, the pieces ranged from traditional dhotis and bandhgalas to jackets, all in a colour palette of mint, midnight blue, ivory, rose, burnt orange and gold. Silk, cotton, tulle and brocade accentuated the intricate beauty of zardosi, aari and pita.
